Privacy Notice

Forge Edge Analytics (“Forge Edge,” “we,” “us”) operates a United States sports-analytics and decision-support service for adults age 21 and older. This notice describes information processed through the public site, waitlist, passwordless account, security controls, and—only after the billing launch gate opens—paid access.

Information we collect

• Email address and, if provided, first name.
• Your confirmations that you are at least 21, are located in the United States, and consent to receive product and launch emails.
• Limited attribution information such as referral URL and UTM campaign fields.
• Passwordless account identifiers, consent receipts, sign-in and session-security information, and account-access status.
• If you choose a paid plan after billing is activated: selected plan, processor customer and transaction identifiers, charge and subscription status, entitlement dates, billing-event timestamps, and records needed to reconcile access or a billing request.
• Technical information ordinarily processed by our hosting, security, and database providers to operate and protect the service.

We do not request wagering-account credentials, financial-account credentials, betting history, Social Security numbers, or precise geolocation for the waitlist.

How we use information

• Operate and secure the waitlist.
• Send requested launch, product, and early-access updates.
• Measure which approved campaigns produce waitlist interest.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and duplicate submissions.
• Authenticate accounts, maintain secure sessions, process a selected plan through the payment processor, reconcile verified payment events, provide entitled access, manage cancellation, and review billing issues.
• Comply with applicable law and enforce our terms.

How we share information

We may use service providers for hosting, database storage, passwordless authentication, bot and abuse prevention, analytics, email delivery, and payment processing. They may process information to provide those services, protect the service, prevent fraud, or meet legal obligations. The payment processor collects payment method and billing details under its own terms and privacy notice; Forge Edge receives processor identifiers and payment or subscription status needed to reconcile access. We may also disclose information in a business transfer or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or prevent fraud. We do not sell contact information or share it with sportsbooks for their independent marketing.

Cookies and analytics

The waitlist does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or device fingerprinting. We use privacy-minimized first-party measurement to count landing-page loads by date and campaign tags. The measurement event does not contain a name, email address, IP address, user agent, cookie, persistent identifier, or precise location. It does not claim to count unique visitors, and a reload may count as another landing-page load. Browsers that send Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track are excluded from this measurement. The account portal uses essential, encrypted, HttpOnly cookies to maintain the session after a magic-link return; those cookies are not available to page scripts. Hosting, authentication, payment, and security providers may separately process ordinary request logs, transaction metadata, and fraud or security signals. If we add nonessential advertising technology or cross-site tracking, we will update this notice and provide any consent or opt-out control required by law before activation.

Retention and security

Waitlist and account consent receipts are stored in server-only, access-controlled databases. Browser users cannot read the signup or billing ledgers. Session credentials are encrypted before being placed in essential HttpOnly cookies. We retain account, consent, entitlement, payment, tax, cancellation, dispute, suppression, and security records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, honor choices, reconcile transactions, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal obligations, then delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

You may decline to join, avoid providing an optional first name, or unsubscribe from future marketing emails. You may sign out of the account cookie session and use Manage billing to control an active recurring plan when paid billing is available. You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of covered information by emailing [email protected]. We will verify the request and honor rights required by applicable law. We may retain limited records when required for legal compliance, payment reconciliation, security, fraud prevention, disputes, or suppression-list purposes.

State privacy rights

Residents of states with applicable privacy laws may have additional rights, which can include access, correction, deletion, portability, and rights concerning sale, targeted advertising, or profiling. Forge Edge does not currently sell waitlist information or use it for targeted advertising. You may submit a request or appeal a denied request at [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Data location and transfers

Forge Edge is a United States service. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.

Children

The service is not directed to children or anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect personal information through the waitlist from a person under 21. If you believe this occurred, contact us so we can investigate and delete the information where appropriate.

Age and location

The prelaunch service is directed only to people age 21 or older in the United States. Do not submit information if you do not meet both conditions.

Changes

We may update this notice as the product, vendors, or legal obligations change. A material update will receive a new version and effective date.
