Website and Waitlist Terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Forge Edge Analytics, LLC (“Forge Edge,” “we,” “us”). By using this website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit the form.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and located in the United States to join the Forge Edge Analytics waitlist or use the prelaunch experience.

Informational service only

Forge Edge provides sports research, model projections, simulations, rankings, historical tracking, and decision-support information. Forge Edge is not a sportsbook, casino, gambling operator, financial adviser, fiduciary, or wager-placement service. We do not accept, hold, place, settle, or pay wagers.

No guarantee or individualized advice

Projections are estimates based on information available at a stated time. Sports outcomes are uncertain. Nothing on the site guarantees a result, profit, accuracy level, or future performance. Information is general and is not individualized betting, financial, legal, or tax advice.

Waitlist status

The waitlist is free. Joining does not guarantee admission, product availability, a launch date, a price, or access to a promotion. It does not authorize a charge or automatic renewal. Any launch offer will display its own eligibility, duration, price, cancellation, and refund terms before checkout.

Lawful and responsible use

You are responsible for understanding and following the laws that apply where you are located. If you choose to wager using any third-party service, you do so independently and at your own risk. Never wager more than you can afford to lose.

Third-party services

Links to social networks, data providers, leagues, teams, or other services do not imply endorsement or affiliation. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, use automated means to extract or republish protected content, impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, or use Forge Edge to violate another service’s rules or applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Forge Edge name, interface, methodology descriptions, graphics, and original content are protected by applicable law. You may share links and approved social posts, but may not scrape, republish, sell, reverse engineer, or misrepresent the service or its outputs.

Availability and changes

The prelaunch service may be changed, suspended, corrected, or withdrawn. Games and markets may be withheld when evidence, stability, freshness, identity, or governance requirements are not met.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and waitlist are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or any particular outcome. These disclaimers do not exclude rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forge Edge and its owner, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunities, or wagering losses; or decisions made using the website. For a claim arising from the free website or waitlist, aggregate liability will not exceed $100. This section does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability resulting from fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-waivable duties.

Your responsibility and indemnity

You are responsible for your unlawful or unauthorized use. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Forge Edge from third-party claims arising from your violation of these terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or misuse of the service. This does not require you to indemnify Forge Edge for its own fraud, willful misconduct, or non-waivable liability.

Governing law and disputes

West Virginia law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law or a non-waivable law of your state applies. Before filing a claim, each party will give the other written notice and 30 days to attempt an informal resolution. Claims that are not resolved may be brought in a court with jurisdiction in West Virginia, unless applicable law gives you a right to bring the claim elsewhere. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief or using an eligible small-claims court.

Electronic records; changes; severability

You agree that electronic acceptance and records may evidence this agreement. We may update these terms prospectively by posting a new version and effective date. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
