Cancellation & Refund Policy

Plan cancellation

The $20 weekly plan renews every week and the $50 monthly plan renews every month until canceled. You may cancel future renewal through Manage billing in your signed-in account. Cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid period, so access may continue until then. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next recurring charge. Taxes may apply. The $5 24-hour pass is a one-time purchase and never automatically renews.

Refund eligibility

Digital-access charges are generally nonrefundable once access begins, except where Forge Edge confirms a duplicate charge, a verified unauthorized charge, a material paid-service failure that was not reasonably cured, an express checkout promise applies, or applicable law requires a refund. Any processor or bank review remains subject to its own procedures and applicable law.

How to request review

Use the billing-management option available in the signed-in account or the support contact shown in the Legal Center. Include the account email, charge date, selected plan, and a concise reason. Do not send a full payment-card number, bank credential, password, access token, or other secret.

Sports outcomes are not a refund basis

A losing wager, inaccurate projected score, changed lineup, unavailable market, PASS classification, NFL beta HOLD/PENDING state, or day with no qualifying play is not by itself a service defect and does not create a refund right. Paid access is access to eligible informational research, not a promised outcome, return, number of plays, or independent NFL edge.

Service interruption

Evidence gates may deliberately withhold stale, incomplete, or unverified content. That fail-closed behavior protects research integrity and is not automatically an outage. A sustained inability to access otherwise eligible paid service may be reviewed under the refund eligibility section above. Nothing here limits a remedy required by applicable law.

Unauthorized or disputed charges

Report suspected unauthorized billing promptly through Manage billing or the Legal Center contact and protect the email account used for sign-in. Forge Edge may suspend access while a chargeback, fraud, or security review is pending. A chargeback does not cancel an unrelated active subscription unless the processor records that cancellation.

Mandatory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation, refund, cooling-off, unauthorized-payment, defective-service, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
